Registration > How to register

Please read these instructions carefully. Our registration+payment system is a bit complicated with many steps. We ask for your patience and understanding.

1. REGISTRATION ON THE CONFERENCE WEBSITE FIV2022.COM

• In the menu, go to Registration > Register.
• Fill in the fields of the registration form.
• Click Overview, check your data, then click Submit then Pay online.

This will redirect you to the payment page, on a separate system (Azur-Colloque). If the redirection fails, you can still go directly to the following webpage in order to pay:
https://www.azur-colloque.fr/DR04/inscription/inscription/235.

Azur-Colloque is the system that we use for payment, and only for that. All the conference management is otherwise dealt with using fiv2022.com (fiv2020.sciencesconf.org).

2. PAYMENT ON AZUR-COLLOQUE

• Please fill in the fields again.
  • Just fill in the necessary fields (incl. e-mail), we will not use this data for the conference organization, but just to check that you have paid.
  • In particular, the system asks you about your arrival and departure date and time. We will not use this information, so do not bother about it.
• Registration/billing: please fill in the billing information.
• Registration/price: please choose the price option corresponding to what you selected on the conference website. There is no automatic transmission between the conference website and Azur-Colloque.
  Only payments by Credit Card (no American Express) and "CNRS" purchase orders are authorized.
• Payment by credit card: once you have paid, do not forget to print/save as PDF the credit card receipt. It is automatically sent to you by e-mail, but your e-mail address has to be correct for it to work!

Before long, you should receive an e-mail from Azur-Colloque with your invoice.

If you have made it to that point, congratulations ! You are successfully registered to FIV2022.
